SENATE APPROVES DATA PROTECTION BILL

Yesterday (July 10, 2018), the Federal Senate approved Legislative Bill No. 53 which sets forth rules for personal data protection.

Also, the Bill establishes the form and cases in which the personal data may be collected and process by public entities and private entities.

The Bill now follows for the President’s sanction.
