Biography

Founding partner Beatriz Kestener heads the firm’s Life Sciences department. She has worked extensively in regulatory affairs since 1996 (when the area was not yet recognized as an area of law by the Brazilian market, and even before the creation of the National Health Surveillance Agency – ANVISA). Beatriz is highly specialized in the healthcare sector and her practice covers all matters related to the area, including the founding and closing of companies in the country, and its various regulated activities, product recalls and complex litigation.
