Flávio A. Spegiorin Ramos

Flávio A. Spegiorin Ramos is a partner at Kestener & Vieira Advogados and works in the areas of Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Agribusiness, Food, Life Sciences e Healthcare, Consumer Relations, and Product Responsibility. Flávio has over 13 years of experience in these practice areas, solid engagement in complex and challenging cases in several areas of Business Law, and his practice in particular covers companies in the pharmaceutical, food, agricultural, cosmetic, medical device, retail (including e-commerce), and technology sectors, among others.

Flávio graduated with a degree in Law at UNESP, completed a partnership program in France (Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3) as part of his master’s degree at USP (the University of Sao Paulo Law School), and holds a Master of Laws from the University of São Paulo, and is currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program at USP.
